The different projects are all the time unique because every seminar group is unique. We don't offer standardized programmes but we develop the contentual and methodical approach together with the groups on a partnership basis.
The participant focussed approach is the centerpiece of our work. It is not bringing just a product to the customer. It is to achieve a sustainable output for all the young people who attend a seminar or gathering in the Europe House Marienberg. They should go home with a added value: new knowledge, worked on personal weaknesses, took a look over the rim of the teacup, developed language skills and having made new friends. This and much more can be the results of an event with us!
Learning like in school is not what we do. Our approach is "learning by doing". Not just consuming everything but to try out, to experience, to learn by yourself is the important thing to do. You can even have setbacks and if you realize them you can handle them, that's crucial. Young people from all over Europe do participate in the seminars and gatherings. That provides an lively intercultural learning atmosphere where the so important personal contact is possible. Realizing together a project in the Europe House Marienberg is much better than just reading about the others in books or the internet on a theoretically level.
